Notes
As people who have lost a loved one to suicide, we understand and sympathize with others who experience this tragic, sometimes complicated, and often traumatic death. It could be one week or 10 years since the loss but being in a room with others who relate can be an integral part of your healing and an effective way to rediscover hope. There is no expectation for a visitor or new member to speak, and discussion is kept confidential.
