SOLOS is a FREE support group for adults grieving the death of a loved one(s) who died by suicide. Teens are welcome with a parent/guardian. This is a drop in group, and there is no commitment required to attend. We honor that everyone grieves differently and we will meet you where you are at. Heidi Ehrlich, owner of Hope Haven Counseling organizes this group. There are counseling interns from Gonzaga University who help facilitate the group along with Heidi; however, the heart of the group is the support survivors give each other. Groups are at two different locations. If it is your first time coming, please let us know so we can help you be comfortable at your first meeting.
