Maximum Liability 

In no event shall AAS’s total liability to you exceed $500.

Arbitration 

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Washington, DC. 

Class Action Waiver 

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. 

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the District of Columbia.
