The Suicide Death Investigation Course© is two-day immersive workshop centered on the review of Medicolegal Death Investigation procedures related to mortality assessments and inquiries with a particular focus on cases involving suicides within healthcare and behavioral healthcare systems. The course aims to provide participants with an understanding of how manners of death of classified, to acquire the skills and knowledge to conduct mortality reviews, death investigations or inquiries, to foster critical thinking abilities when completing death reviews, and enable them to comprehend the circumstances surrounding a death for drawing conclusions regarding suicide.

Suicide Prevention: Considerations for Special Populations© is a four (4) hour course that aims to comprehensively address suicide prevention within special populations. The training will examine risk and protective factors and discuss prevention strategies within marginalized groups and among those from diverse cultural backgrounds. The course is designed to meet the needs of Professional Counselors, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurses, Substance Abuse Counselors, Social Workers, Crisis Specialists, Marriage & Family Therapists, Pastoral Counselors, and other roles that support marginalized communities.

NEW! CRISIS SUPERVISOR TRAINING SERIES
This NEW series is designed for managers and supervisors in the crisis care field who are transitioning from direct service provider to manager for the first time. The four-course series introduces concepts and skills necessary for new leaders in their supervisory roles, such as understanding leadership styles, how to provide meaningful feedback, and the processes for navigating the administrative demands of a leadership role. Participants will also have opportunities to practice new skills such as conflict resolution techniques, developing performance improvement goals, and delivering both planned and spontaneous feedback to crisis specialists.
